1. Eligibility for Refund

  • We sell digital products. Each account created requires credit, and when the credit is used to create the account there is no way for us to reverse it, therefore, it is impossible to make a refund. However, once the digital goods are delivered, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued. But the user could continue streaming using his or her account details paid for until it expires or elapses.
  • For Premium subscription 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 Months, Sports, Latino, and Reseller plans are not refundable, we give refund only if we can't help you, and we're not responsible for your situation like your TV, streaming device, or application doesn't work for you. We are only responsible for our IPTV subscription services. If you think your M3U link code is not working for you we can always reset or replace it for you at any time.
  • Our dedicated customer support is available to assist with any issue faced by customers. We maintain records of communication and channels accessed by customers for proof of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide exceptional service.
  • * For security reasons, any notice of payment chargeback incurs, we may counter send the IPTV streaming details of your account with us and provide all channels you have watched as proof of our service rendered for the payment.
